Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor in the Greater Omaha, NE area! The qualified candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising activities for the department.Responsibilities: Direct area supervisors and associatesValidate scheduling to maximize line efficiency and minimize labor costs Communicate plan needs to the needs of the production area for the current and following day Communicate and follow up on any quality or safety defects Support and participate in plant safety process Follow all programs and policies to produce safe quality foods that meet requirementsSupport all SQF 2000 SystemsSupervise and coach direct reports including performance reviews Ability to work an off shift or over night shift.Experience working in a union environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years experience and trainingKnowledge of operations and procedures (Wet/Dry Sanitation Processes, CIP & CIP programs, procedures.Ability to understand verbal and written instructionsRelocation is available.
