Responsibilities: • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent• Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals• Relentless lead follow-up• Follow the plan• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent• Database and CRM mastery• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car• Must possess a real estate license• Real estate license required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
