A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor - Clinical Review. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage team workload, quality metrics, cost, and efficiency to meet performance guarantees Execute talent management responsibilities for the team Provide Subject Matter Expertise knowledge to stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study 3 years of work experience in operations management or related field Eligibility to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Previous experience with E-Prescribe, Consumer Directed Health Plans, or Benefit Edit Tools preferred Previous supervisory experience is a plus
