Key Responsibilities: Run daily reports of open orders and complete necessary follow-ups as needed Review order details to confirm shipping dates align with delivery deadlines Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding order statuses and shipping timelines Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years administrative and/or customer service experience Experience with basic computer use, including Office, and ability to learn company-specific systems Ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously using effective time management Flexibility to work individually and as part of a team environment
