Qualify leads, ensuring they are a good fit for our solar solutions and set appointments for senior team members to delve deeper. Keep meticulous records of communications and interactions with leads, ensuring all potential solar clients are handled with professionalism and care. Work collaboratively with our sales and customer service teams to fine-tune our lead management approach. Attend team-building activities and workshops to promote a united team ethos. Requirements: Minimum of a GED or higher. Fluent in English; bilingual candidates will be given preference. Superior reading and writing skills; ensuring clear communication and zero spelling errors. 1-2 years of sales experience in the solar or related industry is preferred but not essential. 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus. Skills: Robust interpersonal and communication skills, reflecting our company's commitment to excellence. A knack for prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. An intrinsic drive to learn and grow, with a focus on developing leadership and sales acumen. A team player attitude, valuing collective growth and shared success.
