Paid Training Room for Advancement Weekly Pay VOLT is immediately hiring for Customer Service Representatives in Nashville, TN 8 hour shifts between 7:00 am - 7:30 am (Monday-Sunday)Our Client is currently looking to hire Customer Service Representatives within their Fuel division. In this role, you will provide business-to-business (B2B) support via inbound phone calls or emails to resolve client and cardholder requests to ensure satisfaction and retention.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work in an office environment and will: * Assist customers through phone and email, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and educating them about the services offered. * Craft email replies with precision, using proper language, grammar, and punctuation * Exceed established customer service performance targets in Customer satisfaction and efficiency targets * Articulate responses and solutions effectively to customers * Must be extremely effective in managing schedules effectively * Stay informed about product offerings and regularly engage in team training and ongoing education * Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all products * Confidently offer and upsell products and servicesThis is a full-time temp to hire opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: * High School Education or equivalent required * A sales background is not required but preferred * Financial background preferred * Must maintain an attendance record within company standards and remain knowledgeable of new products, services, and procedures * Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality * Superior customer service skills are required, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues in a professional manner * Proficient phone and computer skills; Ability to answer and manage inbound calls, make outbound calls, and work with the other internal departmentsPay for this position is $18.25 / hourly*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
