Who We Are: • One of the fastest-growing quick-service restaurants in the country• Industry leader in Customer Service & Hospitality• Faith-based, individually owned & operated company• This location hires starting at age 14 Pay Type: Starting at up to $17/hr, depending on availability and position -High School (14-17 years) $9.00-$13.00 per hour-18+ up to $15 per hour-Full Time and Open Availability up to $17 per hour Position Type: • Full-Time (Mon-Sat availability / 5 day work week / 35+ hour min) - 5:30am-2:00pm - 2:00pm-End of day clean up • Part-Time- varied hours per shift- varied days per week- based on need- based on availability- based on youth age restrictions Our Benefits: • Access to Paid Tuition for qualifying employees• Access to Health Benefits for full time employees• Access to scholarships at $2,500 per year• Flexible Scheduling• Sundays off• Leadership Development Programs• Meal Allowances• Positive Work Environment• Uniforms provided after small initial onboarding fee Requirements/Responsibilities Requirements: • Must be available to work Saturdays• Must be comfortable training and working in various parts of the Front of House• Ability to multitask• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic• Positive attitude• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members• Customer Service-Oriented• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Responsibilities: • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected• Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter• Checking for product quality and consistency• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures• Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items• Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call.
