LIVE HAUL CLERK - 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pilgrim's is seeking a Clerk to support the Live Haul Department at our Mt Pleasant, TX complex.Hours from 11pm - 7am with the availabilityto be flexible when needed.Pays $15.75/Hour.Resume RequiredAt Pilgrim s,Safety Is A Condition, which means the safety of our team members comes first - always.We have implemented safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are working to ensure social distancing within our facility. We have installed physical barriers throughout our facility such as plexi-glass or plastic barriers between team member work stations. Each day, temperature screens are performed for each employee and visitor before entering the facility. Face coverings are provided and required over the mouth and nose at all times when inside the facility, and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with driver logs and mileage reports.Work closely with driversSchedule birds into plants.Enter tickets into SAP.Departmental phone answering and messaging.Making copies for the department.Maintaining departmental files.Opening and routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and preparing outgoing mail.Operating office machines such as adding and copy machine.Working with payroll (Kronos) daily.Enter crew pay daily.Enter driver pay on a daily basis.Working with Movement Schedule to schedule crews to farms.Putting Movement Schedule into SAP.Writing And Typing of schedules, putting these loads into SAP.Enter all reports from plants onto worksheet (daily).Print all reports for Live haul at end of each week and month.Do End of Month and send reports.Enter request for PO s.Check DVIR s daily.Work closely with Safety.Other duties as assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Must have at least 1 year computer experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Detail orientedGood attendance and dependability a mustMust be a problem solver and able to make good decisionsLegible handwritingProfessional phone skillsMust be able to work closely with others without conflictGood communication skillsAble to deal effectively with a high level of stressMust be self-motivated to perform simultaneous tasks without close supervisionConfidentiality is a mustMust be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol test.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED requiredEOE/Veteran/Disabled
