JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with fantastic communication skills and solid understanding of Marketing Techniques to join our corporate team. In this position, you will report to our VP of Marketing and be responsible for building proactive relationship building with our customers. In addition, this position coordinates and manages our Customer Loyalty Index dashboard, a tool that our Board of Directors and Executive Team will utilize in measuring the success of the business. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the data-gathering, tracking, and report-out of the Customer Loyalty Index by establishing customer feedback methods (e.g., scorecards, business reviews, complaints) related to products, services, and innovation. Maintain outbound calling programs, to include Welcome Calls, Customer Regimen, and others. Determines call metrics and strategies to complete goals as determined by the Executive Team. Complete Welcome Calls to engage and greet new Customers and conduct touch bases with existing customers to understand customer experience. Build strong rapport by utilizing interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs. Identify findings and trends and produce insightful data analysis to educate the business on trends and areas of opportunity around customer experience. Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales to assist in the branded messaging process. Coordinate and schedule marketing materials for print, distribution, broadcast, and social. Assist in the coordination of special events and advertising campaigns. Serve as an administrator for Sales and Marketing software applications. PROFILE LEVEL DESCRIPTION Completes work with a limited degree of supervision; may act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Unquenchable curiosity and drive to know more. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and customer service focus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Communication, or similar field preferred. Experience in lieu is acceptable. 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in Marketing/Communication/Sales roles required. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
