The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry, with a preference for those who have represented developers of single-family, multi-family, or mixed-use projects.Duties:Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisition, sales, leasing, and financing.Provide legal advice and support on land development projects, including zoning, land use regulations, and permitting.Draft and review real estate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Conduct due diligence investigations and title examinations.Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.Handle disputes and litigation related to real estate matters.Requirements:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions.Experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing.Experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry preferred.Juris doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Member of The Florida Bar.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Membership in The Florida Bar.Skills:Excellent understanding of real estate law and regulations.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and contracts.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
