Duties:Handle employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case workup.Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.Take and defend depositions. Requirements:3+ years of experience in class and representative action lawsuits.California Bar license. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.License to practice law in California. Skills:Excellent writing skills.Attention to detail.Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.Proficiency in all aspects of litigation, including research, analysis, and discovery.
