The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex cases, handling various litigation tasks, and contributing to the success of the legal team. Duties:Manage complex commercial litigation cases, overseeing all aspects from initiation to resolution.Conduct and coordinate discovery processes, ensuring adherence to legal standards and deadlines.Take and defend depositions, presenting a comprehensive understanding of case facts.Draft precise pleadings, motions, and legal documents to support litigation strategies.Effectively manage and supervise document review processes, collaborating with support staff.Provide strategic legal counsel and analysis to clients throughout the litigation lifecycle.Preferably, represent clients in court proceedings, showcasing a strong courtroom presence.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to develop effective case strategies. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California Bar or eligibility to promptly obtain admission.Should have some years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on complex litigation.Proven track record of successfully managing commercial litigation cases.In-depth knowledge of federal and state civil procedure, rules of evidence, and legal research methods.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Outstanding academic credentials and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.Preferably, demonstrated in-court experience representing clients in litigation settings. Skills:Proficient in commercial litigation and comprehensive case management.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation abilities.Detail-oriented with high accuracy in legal documentation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team and interact professionally with clients.
