Be professional, prompt and on time to all scheduled shifts. Assists clients with activities of daily living, which may include but is not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, according to the individual care plan. Allow and encourage clients to do as much of their own care as possible. Encourage clients to eat a proper diet and take adequate fluids while respecting Maintain clients records during each shift in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the clients Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to client requests for assistance.
