Responsibilities: • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed• Document areas cleaned by room attendants and report any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests to the front office• Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily• Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies • Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations Qualifications: • Well-versed in environmental services (EVS) including sanitation protocol and procedures, and how to use cleaning supplies and equipment• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED)• At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services • At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department • Must possess excellent leadership, organizing, and customer service skills Compensation: $15 - $16.50 About Company: This Best Western of Hartland hotel is a favorite for guests planning a special event.
