Director of Engineer MLOptic Corp, Redmond, WA, customized optical products, assemblies & systems company requires Director of Engineer to lead R&D division and technical marketing team, including Developing and implementing products and projects practices and processes, keeping up to date with technological development; Developing department's goals, preparing annual budget and plan, supervising recruiting, training, and managing team members; Overseeing evaluation, testing, installation engineering products; Reviewing projects progress to ensure timely delivery; negotiating contract, and building relationship with customers and our sub-companies across Asia and North American. Min: MS in Optics Science; 5 years optical engineer experience, 2 years optical tech team leader; Bilingual Chinese and English. 30% travel Asia and North American regions. Software tools: Matlab/Zemax/Solidwork/OpenCV/C++. Wage: $193,773.00/yr. plus health insurance, 401k, paid holidays & Time off.
