Job: Electrical Plumber Area: West London Pay rate: £25.01 per hour 37 hours paid Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card About this role: We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Electrician with Plumbing Skills to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems within our social housing and residential properties. If you are a qualified electrician passionate about delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities and tasks: Conducting reactive repair work in residents’ homes and communal areas to a high standard. Ensuring compliance with the Electricity at Work Regulations and BS 7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Testing and certifying electrical work in line with current IET Wiring Regulations. Adhering to Health & Safety practices to ensure the safety of tenants and operatives. Managing and safeguarding test instruments and equipment. Maintaining, replenishing, and recording electrical materials for van stock. Requirements for a successful Electrician in this role: City & Guilds 2391 or 2392/2394 & 2395 for competence in Inspection & Testing. City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. A full UK driving license. Proven experience in reactive repairs within a social housing or residential setting Competency in Plumbing repairs and maintenance Competency in inspecting, testing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical installations.
