The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company in achieving revenue targets. This role requires a good understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and other industry stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and developing further existing relationships with key clients. Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to clients as needed. Collaborate with the company management to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and reports to clients and management. Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote company products and services. Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product performance.
