The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with residents and closing rental inquiries efficiently. If you’re an enthusiastic, perceptive individual who’s eager to make an impact in the lives of others and aspires to build a career around the creation and cultivation of meaningful relationships, our dynamic, customer-oriented position is perfect for you! Responsibilities: • Validate all personal references and rental application information• Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts• Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts• Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations• Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems• Proven track of successful sales record Compensation: $30,000 - $45,000 per year About Company: We're a strong team that believes in the power of positivity and are dedicated to improving our professional lives and personal lives.
