Key Responsibilities: Student-Centered Instruction: Assess individual student needs to tailor lessons that promote achievement of personal musical goals.Confidence Building: Employ innovative teaching methods to bolster students' self-confidence and performance abilities.Comprehensive Lessons: Provide instruction in both practical piano techniques and music theory to ensure a well-rounded musical education.Continuous Learning & Innovation: Show a commitment to personal growth in teaching methodologies and the integration of technology to enhance the learning experience. Work Schedule :Teaching schedules are predominantly during weekday evenings. Qualifications: Experience & Passion: Proven experience in teaching voice instruction, paired with a genuine enthusiasm for music education.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to connect with students of varying ages and skill levels.Adaptability: Creativity in lesson planning and the ability to engage students through various teaching methods.Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using technological tools and software to enhance the teaching and learning experience.Educational Background: A degree in Music or Music Education is preferred but not mandatory.
