Product Support at Nutanix The Support Readiness team at Nutanix is an eight-person team spread across different geographic regions. The team is dedicated to ensuring the Support organization is onboarded and receives ongoing training for Nutanix products and features to be fully prepared to assist customers. Your Role Collaborate with stakeholders to deepen understanding of requirements for a community platform Manage projects by setting and tracking milestones, proactively addressing delays, and communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders Lead discussions to analyze and strategize program objectives Identify key metrics for measuring program success and drive towards achievement of business objectives Engage in cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem-solving to drive program success and mitigate risks What You Will Bring Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of project management principles and planning methodologies. Familiarity with software development procedures and best practices. Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable being the community ambassador About the Team You will report to the leader of the Support Readiness Technical Training team. He brings 15+ years of experience to the support and training organization. He strongly encourages collaboration and fosters a supportive environment where each team member feels valued and recognized. The team is a highly productive, strong, cohesive unit where everyone is motivated to contribute their best.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 101,280 and USD $ 202,920 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
