Assist in pastry production in Bistro, Market, and Banquet Events Basic practices such as mixing methods and knowledge of ingredients Accurately read formulas, scale and measure ingredients Produce quality from scratch baked goods and desserts Assist in designing, implementing and producing unique and create desserts Adapt new methods to vary the menu Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while following all standards of the health department. Essential Requirements: Creativity and passion for baking and pastry arts is preferred. Physical requirements: Ability to climb stairs Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to work in a food/wine environment Ability to carry 50lbs Rate of Pay:18-20.00/hourly Full time; weekends, and holidays are necessary Powered by JazzHR
