Executive Assistant to the Network Summary The Executive Assistant to the Network Team provides high-level administrative support to network leaders. Responsibilities require independent judgment, knowledge of the specific area of assignment, and overall organizational activities. Responsibilities 1. District achieves the highest rating Works with CoS to manage CEO calendar daily to include: scheduling meetings, using Kairos OPS mechanisms, adjusting schedule conflicts, and meeting agendas Support Network Staff with calendar management as needed Attend and facilitate daily huddle meetings utilizing Asana Plan and execute all logistics for Network meetings and events Own calendar portion of weekly Tactical meetings Record minutes during weekly Tactical meetings and deploy action steps Attend School based Tactical as needed and record minutes Coordinate travel, flight, and hotel logistics for CEO and other senior leaders as requested. Create monthly board meetings via Board on Track website and deploy to all board members Set up/break down event space for monthly board meetings Attend monthly board meetings and record minutes Create committee meetings monthly in Board on Track and deploy to each board member Coordinate logistics for special events throughout the year Coordinate flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and rental cars for guests/consultants on an ongoing basis Order office supplies as needed Organize and clean supply closet Have monthly touchpoint with cleaners for Network Office Additional duties as assigned to include, but not limited to: personal Kairos email, distributing mail, errands, etc. Follow-up with concerns on behalf of the CEO/CoS 2. All procurement practices are followed and in compliance with local and legal policy Reconcile 100% of purchasing (p) card statements weekly and statement(s) reviewed by the 2nd business day of every month 3. Technology Skills Ability and competence in Microsoft Office applications and ability to use a variety of computer applications and platforms. Ability to use basic office equipment. Also knowledge and experience in using a computer-based student Information Management system.
