Who You Are: The position supervises Resident Services staff who provide milieu management and works closely with Permanent Supportive Housing staff, Property Management, as well as the Asset Management team to ensure integration of services. What You Will Work On: Ensure coordination among on-site staff, including property management, peer services, case managers, and food pantry staff. Ensure that every resident is connected to services, including on-site case management and peer services. Facilitate weekly client coordination meetings among the on-site PSH team and lead problem-solving to maintain quality, positive milieu management. Ensure integration of the agency equity plan as it relates to the on-site team and their service delivery. Effectively support, coach, and manage assigned staff. What You Bring: Education, Certifications, and Licensure Requirements/Preferences Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience required. Master's degree in social work (MSW) preferred. Experience Requirements/Preferences 1 year of previous experience working with adults who have experienced chronic homelessness including seniors, veterans, and people with special needs including mental illness, addictions disorders, and chronic health conditions, as well as survivors of domestic violence, At least two years' experience managing social service-related programs, including experience with staff supervision, program development, and budget management. Outstanding leadership skills with 2-3 years supervisory experience showing progression (Preferred). Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
