Our Operations Support Team provide pre-job planning, delivery and post-job completion support for our Service Delivery teams across North America. Partner with the best As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for: Supporting compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process through the Job Center platform. Provide support and training to service delivery teams for Job Center. Assist with knowledge sharing the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned. Raise issues with software systems to appropriate development teams. Suggests improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Works together with people from the business unit. Work with Product owners for testing new software updates. Handles special projects as required. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Drilling Services Industry. Some knowledge of Baker Hughes Drilling Services products and processes. Displays an attention to detail and affinity for quality and compliance. Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skillsDesired Characteristics Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis Ability to work independently.
