Employbridge has a Direct Hire position for a Property Maintenance worker to join a growing Property Management Company!This great opportunity offers Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.Full time hours plus overtime 1st shift and on call schedule $20/hr.Role Description:This is a full-time onsite role based in the Greater Lexington area for a Property Maintenance position. The Property Maintenance role involves various day-to-day tasks related to maintaining and repairing commercial and residential real estate properties. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, safety, and appearance of the properties under their care. power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools.Qualifications: * Collaborates with the maintenance team and contractors as needed * Reads and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written instructions. * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Responds to service requests and performs general residential and building troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and repair including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and locksmithing. * Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools. * Performs work related to the make ready of vacant residential facilities including but not limited to painting, sanding, and varnishing, tile repair and/or replacement flooring repair and/or replacement, drywall repair, fixture repair and/or replacement, window repair and/or replacement, and similar work on the exterior to prepare the residential facility for occupancy. Completes repairs to ensure the property is optimally functional, presentable, ad safe. * Installs appliances and equipment * Transports supplies, parts, and equipment. * Experience in commercial and residential real estate maintenance * Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks * Knowledge of sales techniques for property management * Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsRequirements: * Physical fitness and ability to lift/move heavy objects * High school diploma or equivalent * Reliable transportation. Willing to drive to different properties * Clear Background * Willing to take a drug test * Willing to work overtimeAPPLY NOW!
