POSITION SUMMARY: As a Digital Designer at Florim USA in Clarksville, TN, you will create visually stunning digital assets to effectively convey our brand message to the target audience. Collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, you will produce on-brand campaigns aligning with the company's overall aesthetic and marketing strategy. QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS Must be willing and able to work 100% on-site at our corporate office in Clarksville, TN. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or related field; or relevant experience. Experience: Proven professional experience in digital design and a portfolio showcasing previous digital design work. Graphic Design Skills: Shows proficiency in design software programs, such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and After Effects/Premiere. Functional Knowledge: Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts. Exceptional organizational and technical skills. Other Competencies: Collaborative Engagement : Able to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing and HR to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and knowledge continually. Creativity: Ability to combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce eye-catching and informative online content. Communication: Able to clearly present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Customer Focus: Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers through creative solutions and responsive communication. RESPONSIBILITIES Create Various Types of Online Content : Develop advertisements, artwork, social media graphics, interactive web content, and other digital assets. Design, Produce, and Manage Interactive Online Content: Conceptualize, design, and manage the production of interactive online content, including email templates, social media posts, promotional artwork, informative eBooks, and multimedia presentations. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, creative, and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of digital assets. Optimize Content for Performance and Accessibility: Optimize digital content for search engines, performance, and accessibility to maximize reach and engagement. Maintain Design Documentation: Document design processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across projects. Manage & Update Digital Asset Libraries: Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and compliance with brand standards. T rack and Analyze Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools. Contribute to Creative Strategy and Planning: Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning discussions. Adhere to Project Deadlines and Budgets: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets. Research and Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital design and marketing. The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, or in line with the candidate's level of experience and qualifications.
