The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in employment litigation cases, representing clients before federal and state courts, as well as government agencies. Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills are essential. The ideal candidate should also be well-versed in providing employment counseling. The position entails managing a litigation caseload, including the preparation of responsive pleadings, position statements, discovery requests/responses, and dispositive motions.
