Description We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their inquiries or concerns. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Job: Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weekly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Atlanta, GA Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Providing accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm, courteous, and professional manner Identifying and escalating customer concerns or unresolved issues to appropriate departments Assisting customers with product and service inquiries, order placements, and tracking shipments Managing and updating customer accounts, including processing payments and updating customer information Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate computer systems and accurately enter data Proficient multitasking and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bonus Points: Dental Insurance Disability Insurance Health Insurance Flexible Spending Account Powered by JazzHR
