The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Experience in handling complex workouts and restructurings in the automotive and mobility industry is highly desirable.Duties:Represent debtors, secured creditors, official committees, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases.Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the bankruptcy and restructuring process.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to bankruptcy proceedings.Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases and strategies.Attend court hearings, meetings, and negotiations on behalf of clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case management and strategy.Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in handling complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.Experience in the automotive and mobility industry restructurings is an asset.Strong academic record from an accredited law school.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Admitted to practice law in Kentucky or eligible for admission through reciprocity.Knowledge of bankruptcy laws, regulations, and procedures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Kentucky State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.Skills:Legal research and analysis.Case management and strategy.Written and oral communication.Negotiation and drafting of legal documents.Client counseling and representation.Knowledge of bankruptcy laws and regulations.
