The Senior Lawyer will represent clients in court, supervise junior attorneys, and prepare legal documents.Job Overview:The Senior Lawyer will oversee legal proceedings, provide mentorship, and ensure effective conflict resolution. They will also handle a heavy caseload, research, draft legal documents, and present arguments in court.Duties:Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedingsSupervise and mentor lower-level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniquesPrepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearingsDraft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, notices, and discovery requests and responsesConduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (LLM, JSD, or JD degree)Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior associate attorneyAn active member in good standing with local and State Bar AssociationsSkills:Strong persuasive writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while managing a heavy caseloadProficient in time management and interpersonal skills
