The ideal candidate should possess strong research and writing skills, excellent presentation abilities, a robust academic background, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.Job Duties:Conducting thorough workplace investigations in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Providing legal counsel and representation to clients in education law matters.Drafting legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and briefs.Representing clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and court proceedings.Collaborating with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases and projects.Staying updated on developments in education law and related fields.Requirements:Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting workplace investigations.Title IX experience is strongly preferred.Public sector/education law experience preferred.Exceptional research and writing skills.Strong academic record from a reputable law school.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar.Skills:Proficiency in conducting thorough workplace investigations.Excellent presentation skills for effectively communicating legal arguments.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing caseloads effectively.
