Position Summary: We are collaborating with a prestigious manufacturing company to recruit diligent Packers for their facility in Aberdeen, NC. As a Packer, you will contribute significantly to the manufacturing process by preparing boxes, loading products, and ensuring efficient, quality-oriented production. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in dynamic environments and are committed to meeting production objectives, and supporting the company's ongoing profitability and reinvestment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow all safety protocols, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, maintain quality standards, and communicate any issues to supervisory staff. Production Efficiency: Build and fill boxes at required speeds to support continuous production, manage product palletization, and assist in operational procedures. Housekeeping: Keep the production area and equipment clean and orderly. Operational Support: Aid operators in routine tasks and help achieve team production targets, performing additional duties as needed. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma preferred. Experience: Experience in packing or manufacturing roles is advantageous. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand most of a 12-hour shift, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform frequent movements. Skills: Excellent coordination, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team. Certifications: Ready to complete safety training and wear all necessary PPE. Ideal Candidate Profile: Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on product quality and defect detection. Team Player: Ability to cooperate effectively with others in a fast-paced setting.
