Our busy hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented customer service professional to make our guests' dining experience memorable. As our breakfast attendant, you will set up the buffet daily, ensuring that fruits, bread, cereals, and bakery items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service. The breakfast attendant will also refill coffee and beverages as needed or when asked and remove dirty dishes and utensils. Candidates should be enthusiastic about customer service. Responsibilities: • Assist guests with any questions or concerns that they may have in a prompt and friendly manner• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations• Take orders, and deliver food and drinks to guests while they are in the dining area• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed Qualifications: • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills Compensation: $14.75 hourly About Company: At the junction of Routes 62 and 140, this laid-back Best Western Crater Lake Highway White City/Medford hotel is just three miles from the TouVelle State Recreation Site and six miles from the Crater Rock Museum.
