WHAT MATTERS MOST To excel in the role of Full-Time Project Manager at Allcon Roofing, candidates must possess 2-3 years of supervisory/project management experience in New Construction with a focus on steep slope roofing and shingles. Experience with metal roofing would be an advantage. In addition to work experience, a successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering total customer-centric qualities, with impeccable customer service skills being a non-negotiable requirement. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and time management skills are essential.
