As a vital member of our legal team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases and providing exceptional service to our clients.Job Overview:Manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficient and effective representation for our clients.Deliver superior customer service by providing clients regular updates, monthly status reports, and weekly case reviews.Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to practice managers to enhance our service delivery.Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track accomplishments, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Duties:Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.2-6 years of litigation experience.Experience as first chair in family law cases.Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.Skills:Strong litigation experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
