Our firm is seeking an experienced senior attorney who is adept at handling a moderate caseload and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process, particularly drafting pleadings, motions, and notices, and working toward a resolution. Responsibilities: • Prepare for and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration hearings • Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests/responses• Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings• Provide guidance and advice to associate attorneys and paralegals to resolve or prevent conflicts • Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal statutes and applicable laws Qualifications: • Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skills• Active member in good standing with local and state bar associations• Work independently while handling a heavy caseload• Bachelor’s degree with a law degree from an accredited law school (such as an LLM, JSD, or J.D. degree)• At least 5 years of experience working as a senior associate attorney Compensation: $150,000 - $300,000 yearly About Company: What We Do for You: Competitive payOpportunities for growth and advancementBonus and Incentive payPaid holidaysTeam outings and sponsored events401(k)Free Parking Determined to achieve the best results and provide the highest level of legal expertise, we were formed with one goal in mind: justice for clients.
