Competitive WagesThe Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) As an LPN, you will: Provide direct nursing care to residents Supervise and coordinate the activities performed by the Nursing Assistants to ensure high degree of quality care is maintained Responsible for admission, transfer and discharge of residents Keep physician and or other health care professionals informed of change in resident conditions Supervise Nursing Assistants, may supervise other nurses Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workersWe are currently looking for LPN's (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team!
