THE CARY COMPANY is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team in Addison, IL. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are naturally curious, enjoy exploring new technologies, and excel in research and creative expression. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the implementation of our marketing strategies and maintaining a strong online presence. This position involves working closely with our Marketing Manager, product research and implementation, digital marketing (including email marketing), assisting with social media platforms, as well as generating original content for print and web. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, follow-up, and information organization skills. Enthusiasm and confidence to interact with an extensive range of products and vendors is also required. Strong written and verbal skills are a must, as well as an ability to remain detail orientated in a fast paced environment. Compensation Range: $42,000-$52,000 Annually + Benefits & Incentives(Compensation varies based on experience and education) Responsibilities: Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns. Support the marketing manager with the execution of brand and product campaigns. Help improve the design, content, and usability of the company’s websites. Participate in customer and market research to gather actionable insights. Assist in researching new technologies and methods to enhance our digital marketing efforts. Help develop and proofread content for social media posts, email campaigns, and product descriptions. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support new marketing campaigns. Maintain and update website content, focusing on user experience and SEO. Keep up-to-date with best practices in online writing, social media trends, web usability, web design and business/industry trends Requirements: Bachelor's degree Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent research and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
