Description: United Recovery Project provides a full continuum of care for substance abuse rehabilitation and a residential program for mental health. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our admissions team. No experience necessary, but must have the qualifications listed below. Learn more about our programs: United Recovery Project URP Behavioral Health Genesis House Experience: * Must be able to type at 40-60 WPM.* Must be comfortable with multitasking - multiple chats at once, answering questions/ asking questions.* Experience preferred, not required. We can train you!* Knowledge of substance abuse and recovery process preferred.* Salesforce CRM experience preferred.* Knowledge of Sales tactics preferred. Responsibilities of the Admissions Coordinator: * Receives incoming Chats from those seeking treatment or their loved ones.* Gathers demographics and information needed for opportunity.* Identifies customer problems and creates solutions.* Builds rapport with customers and family.* Performs basic data entry and computer work.* Enters all necessary client information into Salesforce.* Makes outbound calls to old reports in downtime. * Utilizes sales skills/tactics.
