If this is how you view your job, we invite you to consider a career with Legacy.The Radiologic Technologist performs ionizing radiographic and fluoroscopic exams in a variety of environments, according to physician's orders, utilizing knowledge and judgment in regard to exposure factors, imaging technique and patient care. Central to the success of this role is the ability to handle stressful situations in ways that promote positive outcomes. Legacy Medical Group is made up of more than 50 primary care clinics and specialty practices plus doctors who specifically care for hospitalized patients. We have more than 800 care providers in Legacy Medical Group. The result is that anywhere you get care in the Legacy system, you have access to a range of specialists. Responsibilities IMAGING: Provides quality images with accuracy and efficiency, using optimal skills and knowledge of all equipment.DOCUMENTATION: Gathers complete documentation of all pertinent information to provide accurate and timely service to customers.PERSONAL & PATIENT CARE AND SAFETY: Provides for personal and patient care and safety using professional judgment in accordance with written standards so there is no injury to self or others.PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR: Practices professional communications, appearance, conduct, punctuality, attendance and attitude that lead to physician, patient and co-worker respect and confidence.
