Farmers & Foragers is hiring one full-time prep cook to join our innovative & creative team. F&F is also hiring a part-time line cook for our beautiful “Dockside” waterfront location in downtown Burlington, VT. The two roles can be combined into one full-time job as well if the candidate is interested! We take great pride in our commitment to sourcing local products, prioritizing quality, and our friendly team-oriented work environment. We are seeking motivated individuals who have a desire to learn, grow and create with us.A typical prep cook shift includes doing dishes, completing a daily prep list, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized. Experience with high-volume, fast-paced food prep or line cooking is preferred. There is some flexibility with scheduling with AM & PM shifts available. This is a seasonal (mid-May through September) position, with the opportunity to grow with us as we venture into a new year-round operation.Hourly pay starts at $18/hour plus a shared tip pool from the Dockside location. Higher starting hourly and salary rates are available to more experienced candidates. We take pride in working with every team member to do all we can to ensure their financial needs are met.
