(paper applications are not available) Server Racine Country Club is seeking a Server to join our professional hospitality team. Qualified individuals will be friendly, responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic about providing an exceptional dining experience for club members. Responsibilities Greet each member personally with warm welcome Work as a team with all staff in order to maintain a positive atmosphere and exceptional food and beverage service Provide service to tables within a station, as determined by management Possess full knowledge of the menu of food and beverage offerings; take and deliver food orders at table in a timely manner Informing guest of additional options available to them through up-selling Anticipate member needs and offer your assistance proactively Effectively use POS system to process orders, prepare checks and accept payments Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the station and the tables, during and at the conclusion of the shift worked Clear and clean tables as needed, assist in setting up event space Adhere to the RCC policy regarding guest alcohol service guidelines Other duties as needed (we value teamwork) Qualifications Previous experience working in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area Understands and can communicate with staff, members, and guest in a professional & warm manner. Have an ambition to learn, a sense of urgency, and an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service. Seeking candidates that have a true passion for serving customers and exceeding their expectations. Ability to take detailed orders & input/operate point of sale system accurately. Ability to prioritize duties and be proficient in accomplishing multiple tasks simultaneously with a good sense of timing. Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Ability to walk and stand during entire shift Ability to reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol Age requirement: 18+ Salary and Benefits $8.00 per hour + gratuities 401(k) matching Paid time off Education High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) Racine Country Club Nestled amidst lush, meticulously manicured landscapes, Racine Country Club offers a truly picturesque setting.
