Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email• Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Qualifications: • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry• Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred• Applicants must have a real estate license• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: The Nevada Real Estate Group has been the #1 Real Estate Team in Nevada for the past 4 years.
