The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional interpersonal acumen, an extensive grasp of our offerings, and proficiency in discerning client feedback to refine future engagements. By fostering enduring client allegiance, successful candidates will play a pivotal role in propelling our business towards sustained growth. Responsibilities: Client Retention Strategy: Devise and implement initiatives aimed at retaining and fortifying relationships with former clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction with our products or services.Proactive Communication: Uphold regular and proactive correspondence with previous clients to address their requirements, gather valuable feedback, and furnish pertinent updates or offerings.Expansion of Offerings: Identify avenues to enlighten and acquaint past clients with additional services offered by the firm that are pertinent to their needs and interests.Record Maintenance: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, facilitating seamless communication and fostering deeper engagement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with intake, marketing, and various departments to synchronize strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and optimized outreach to past clients. Qualifications: --- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent --- Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills --- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction --- Proficiency with CRM software is advantageous --- Prior experience in customer service is mandatory --- Background in sales or marketing is desirable --- High school diploma or GED is essential; Bachelor's degree is advantageous --- Strong grasp of spreadsheet and data management, coupled with proficient computer skills About Company: At Lulich & Attorneys, P.A., we are a dynamic and rapidly expanding law firm with two thriving offices in Indian River County.
