Full-Time Customer Service Associate We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated counter help person to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Position is full-time. We are open Mondays-Saturdays. Responsibilities:• Waiting on customers when they enter the store.• Taking orders over the phone and in person.• Being the point of contact between customers and decorators.• Making cake boxes during any downtime.• Keeping the front of the shop clean and organized during your shift. Qualifications:• Previous work in customer service preferred.• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent.• Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills. Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly About Company: We are a small bakery in Melrose, MA. With a variety of products for walk-in consumption and with orders placed ahead of time for pickup.
