The Work You Will Do: This Program Administrator is responsible for maintaining effective internal communications with superiors and subordinates in keeping the agency's mission, standards, values, and expectations for fairness, cooperation, respect. This position is responsible for staff supervision of the Wastewater Management Program in Tallahassee, Florida. This is a supervisory professional position responsible for developing and implementing regulations and policies, supervising staff, and assuring effective management to implement the Wastewater Management Program. The Difference You Will Make: The Division of Water Resource Management (DWRM) is responsible for implementing state laws providing for the protection of the quality of Florida's drinking water, ground water, rivers, lakes, estuaries, and wetlands, and reclamation of mined lands. This position plays a critical role in helping to ensure Florida's groundwater and surface water resources, as well as public health, are protected by providing critical oversight over the implementation of the statewide Wastewater Management Program.
