Operating in California, Washington, and Massachusetts, we're proud to be a driving force in the cannabis industry. The pay for this role is $16.28/hour. This is a full time position with schedules operating from 9am-6pm five days per week. Weekend availability is a must. What Does this Position Entail? This position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants from vegetative state to harvest along with other The ideal candidate will be responsible for- 1. Pruning cannabis plants 2. Performing work on plants, including tucking and manipulation of plants 3. Sanitizing and cleaning the grow facility 4. Applying nutrients and other in-puts 5. Setting up new grow rooms 6. Harvesting cannabis as needed All employees are expected to adhere to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline, and should prioritize a team player attitude in supporting various departments and projects as requested by leadership.
