Our Opportunity Larson-Juhl is offering exciting full-time opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse associate team in Kent, WA. We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused warehouse associate who thrives in a professional team environment. This is a 40-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday, influenced by customer needs and order volumes. Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:- Picking and packing orders in a safe and timely manner.- Conducting quality inspections and packaging items for delivery routes.- Reviewing orders to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.- Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies (position-specific).- Receiving and replenishing inventory as needed. What You Need to Be Successful To thrive in this role, you should possess:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid ID- Warehouse/production environment experience preferred- Ability to perform multiple tasks or focus on a single station.- Reading and recognizing product variations.- Basic computer skills.- Ability to measure using devices preferred- Time management and customer service skills.- Physical ability to walk, lift, and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periods.- Attention to detail.-Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Who We Are Larson Juhl is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
