Responsibilities: • Help clients implement financial recommendations such as life insurance, savings plans, mutual funds, and other financial products• Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations• Seek, identify, and approach new prospects continuously and establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor• Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to existing clients; track and monitor communications in the client file, including strategies and financial advice given• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field is required• Proven success as a financial planner, personal financial advisor, financial analyst, or financial consultant is essential• Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired• Computer proficiency including MS Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, and financial planning software is vital• Superior customer service skills, math skills, relationship skills, and communication skills are preferred• Valid Life & Health Insurance licenses, FINRA Series 7 and 66, are preferred Compensation: $110,000 - $165,000 at plan yearly About Company: At Capstone Partners Financial and Insurance Services (LA), we provide holistic financial planning, wealth management, and protection services to craft a strategy that empowers our clients to achieve their vision.
