The role demands strong research and writing skills, coupled with exceptional project management abilities. Duties:Conduct patent preparation and prosecution in chemical and mechanical arts.Manage design patent preparation and prosecution.Handle trademark preparation and prosecution, including inter partes actions.Perform IP due diligence in mergers and acquisitions.Provide support for IP litigation matters.Assist in IP licensing negotiations and agreements. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.2-5 years of experience in intellectual property law.Strong research and writing skills.Exceptional project management abilities. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Proficiency in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution.Understanding of IP due diligence processes.Excellent research and writing skills.Strong project management abilities.
